My complaint:
The worst experience I had in my life trip, my flight supposed to be 19:30 and now it is 22:00 and still till now no one provide for us anything and they don’t care about the passenger they are waiting 4 hours with no information what is happening. Qatar airways should be better than this, the way of treating their passenger should be better, and this is a negative point, all passengers are mad and angry because they missed the transit flight and no one is informing them what should they do.
Too bad… This is not Qatar airways how it treats their passenger.
Suggested solution:
At least give the people waiting water, then explain for them what is happening and there should be plan B for this.
At the end they should have planned if there is any issue, it is not my responsibility to treat passenger.
