Qatar Airways complaint: no ticket issued after 1 months

My complaint:

I am very very concerned about the fact that the 12 of November 2021 I booked a tickets. Reservation was NFAXKO from GDG TO SHARJAH on the 23rd December 2021.

Yesterday the 21st December 2021 I realized that the reservation has been canx by you without any communication…
i spoke with Mrs Sana and she said to me i was going to receive the ticket in 2 hours.

Today the 22nd of December 2021 i did not received any mail, i called again i spoke with Misbah and she said no reservation for this clients.. i stayed 1 hours on the phone and she said to me that the reservation was done but under process.

clients need to travel tomorrow and so far we don’t know if we can travel or not.. it is a big SHAME for Qatar Airways..
they got also another booking NFAXKO under the name of Stork Thibault. what is going to happen if clients with reservation NDJAHA don’t receive any ticket ation from you??
Are you going to pay the hotel, excursions, other flights and damages you caused to client??

agent really unprofessional and no service at all … never suggest QATAR
