My complaint:
– I booked online ticket at qatar airways on September 13,2001 at 9:35am
– I canceled my booking on September 13, 2001 and received cancellation email at 06:39 pm mentioning of my full amount refund of 2563.15
– But I received my refund only 1680.10 at September 17,2001, On calling customer service told me you are not eligible to ask before 20 days
– On calling after 20 days, they asked you will get soon
– on called many times on different dates but all I get wait, wait, wait
– and today at 29 December after 107 days I got only $88.05
– my $795 are still not refunded
My question is why I need to beg for my own money?
And why still I didn’t get my money after 107 days while your commitment for refund is maximum 20 days

Should issue my full refund and penalty for holding my money so long, which disturbed all my budget and paid credit card penalties
