My complaint:
My niece (Sandar Soe) was travelling to Istanbul from Yangon on 6 December 2021. She travelled from Yangon to Kuala Lumpur with MAI (Flight 8M 501) and she travelled from Kuala Lumpur to Doha with Qatar Airways (Flight QR 853) on 7 December 2021. While check-in at Kuala Lumpur airport on QR 853 flight her hand carry luggage with clothes and other personal items was seized by airlines. For your information, she was travelling to Turkey for her study.
Suggested solution:
Kindly return the luggage to Ms, Sandar Soe
