My complaint:
my name is saurav kaushal, my flight was from Maldives to Vancouver and my flight number was QR763. i was landed in Montreal on 26 September and had connecting flight from Montreal to Vancouver. which i missed due to lack of time and during the time to clear the immigration. there was just 2 hours time to clear immigration. There was supervisor her name was Fatima and i asked for help from her and she was so rude and seriously harassed me. When i asked her questions, what i should and how problem can be solved first she said i can’t help and i again asked her than where i should get help she said if you kepp asking me i need to call security and she shauted. this was my first time i travel by Qatar airways and my experience was so bad none of other airline staff behave like her.
Suggested solution:
i want she should apologies for her rude behaviour and she should understand is any passenger is in trouble then she should help rather than giving threat of security and shouting. she was so mean that she knows that she is girl and no body is going to ask her anything if she can do anything. So she can play girl card bloody hell.
