My complaint:
I’m afraid it took this long for me to submit a complaint to the airline due to my employment as a seafarer and limited internet to allow me to contact you. I’m extremely disappointed to see my relatively new (bought July 2019) North Face bag has suffered damage around the handle and is now beyond use
Suggested solution:
Due to only having used the bag over a year period because of the restrictions of covid (2020 no deployments) I would expect a replacement bag. However, I’d be happy for you to take a look at the bag and if a repair was carried out id be happy to except that route
