My complaint:
Our 2 tickets Bangkok to London were for October 2022. Unfortunately, I had a stroke and was unable to travel. A friend had the tickets extended to October 2023. But we were not sent new tickets and when we tried to book in July this year we were told the tickets had expired in March. They then sent us the electronic ticket for the first time with their code ‘nva April 2023. I complained and said we had no way of knowing this as we had not been sent the new ti kets and our friend was told we only needed the reference number to book. In reply they claimed they had investigated and the tickets had expired
Suggested solution:
We would like Qayar Airways to be more sympathetic of the circumstances and to revalidate the tickets.
