My complaint:
On June 27th I traveled from mumbai to philadelphia via doha. I was told by a Qatar employee that my bag was missing. It’s been a month of phone calls, emails, texts. All I get told is that they are ‘tracing’ my bag.
I’ve filed a claim using the form provided by Qatar but after sending it 3 times there is no bag, no compensation no communication.
I am legally blind and they do not accomodate my disability and help either.
Suggested solution:
Qatar either locates my bag or compensates me as per Montreal convention rules. My claim has dollar amounts for some things that I remembered.
