My complaint:

on the 11th november 2021 i was delayed in doha for 24 hours because of qatar airways they offered money for this which i excepted i was told it would take 4 weeks but i am still waiting i sent many emails that get ignored i get auto response so i know they have my emails just bad customer service my flight was QR004 my booking ref was UD7TRV my ticket number was 157-2395883232

Suggested solution:

pay me the money they offered months ago and answer my emails very bad manners

1 year ago - THIS IS 8 MONTHS NOW WHY WOULD THIS COMPANY MAKE A OFFER MONTHS AGO THEN NOT PAY AND IGNORE YOUR EMAILS HOW CAN YOU TRUST THIS COMPANY WHO SAY THEY PAY FOR DELAY OR CANCELLED FLIGHTS BUT DO NOT PAY I DO NOT LIKE BEEN IGNORED IT IS VERY BAD MANNERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DANIEL MADDEN
