My complaint:
I ordered five bogo items in addition to my other regular priced groceries. I only received 5 items instead of 10. I called Insta art. First off, the agent kept interrupting me. Then I explained what the items were. I was put on hold. When the agent came back she adviser there was nothing they could do because I didn’t select 2 for the quantity. I explained. When you click on it. It says in BIG red letters buy one get one free. She continued to argue with me. I asked for her supervisor. ( she adviser that wasn’t an option.)) I hung up on her. Looked up filing a complaint. And here I am. I’m tired of these bullst replies from these agents. Wal-Mart still owes me 2 refunds for damaged items. Its been over a month. I’ve spent over 4 hours on the phone being transferred and still no refund. With public’s… I either want my free items or I want reimbursed 12 of the ful price for the 5 vivo items I did not get!!! And… Whomever did my shopping would have seen sign posted in front of those items ( buy 1 get one free) Their fault. NOT MINE!!!
