My complaint:
The unit we paid for was to be climate control and safe to store personal belongings. The unit flooded and ruined belongings and complaints to company in regards to no air conditioning and items moldy wen
t unanswered.
When reported we were advised it’s not companies problem
Suggested solution:
Pay for damaged belongings. Return funds for storage unit because it was not climate control and unit leaked.
