My complaint:
I am writing to make a complaint for Public Storage unit at 1901 E West Maple Rd Walled Lake MI,48390.
MY unit no at this storage unit was 1676 and my account number was 57839378.
I vacated this unit on 01202023 as I moved from Michigan to California.I personally went to there office on 01202023 and verbally told the lady that I am vacating the unite effective today.To my surprise they never close my account and kept charging me.As I find out on the 02042023 I called them and requested to close my account as I have already vacated the unit.I also requested them that I vacated my unit on 01202023 so please make it effective to that date.They assure me that will get this fixed and will receive a written email ing that, which today I never received.I called several times again and again and they keep rotating my calls from one place to another.Then few weeks ago I got a letter from debt collector that I am supposed to make payment of 168 dollars.I tried to call them several times and left voice message but nobody replied back.So I hereby would like to formally lodge a complain against them for fraud.

I DON'T WANT TO PAY ANY OUTSTANDING CHARGES
