My complaint:

I been with public storage for some years. A month ago I went to the location where my storage is at to take my husband name off the storage and add mine . The African American female about 37-40ish I’m not good with guessing ages. Was very rude, I asked her a question and her facial expression just wasn’t the most pleasant of all. So November 2022 I was experiencing a little hardship and I had called and left messages a few time for a manager to return my call to discuss when I will be able to make my payment without losing my storage. No one returned my called. Yesterday November 12,2022 I went to the office to pay my storage around 11:05am no one in the office cause she was somewhere in the back . I kept calling and leaving messages she never responded to picking up the phone or calling back. I have seen different ladies carrying the business phone on their side or clipped to their pants where they can respond to a call. So it’s no excuse. How can you work the front office and be in the back cleaning storages etc without checking for customers especially having your “Open” sign your opened. I also stated in the message I have to go to work I wanted to pay my storage. And when I get off y’all might be closed. Still no one didn’t come upfront to the office. Another customer had stopped but seen no one was in the office. I left went to work . Got off work later that day made it back up there at the public storage building at 5:00- 5:05pm. The customer service representative was in there on the phone with her head looking down so I tapped on the window to let her see she had a customer outside. Then she made a hand movement under her throat like we’re closed. So by then I was getting upset because I don’t want to lose my storage, I made attempts of calling and was there earlier that same morning . So I asked her through the door can I ask her a question even my husband asked her . She ignored us . So I started calling the public storage number and kept leaving messages for a manager to call them that’s when she walked outside still with the phone up to her ear and got in her Escalade and drove off. I honestly don’t see how you have someone working dealing with the public and is very rude, like she don’t like her job or don’t want to be there. I know I will be moving my things somewhere else.
