My complaint:
Made a payment on 12/13/23 was not aware of a problem until 12/26/23 and spoke with employee in regards to this issue with my payment. (Bank issue) spoke to employee 12/27/23 at 4:09pm.was trying to make it before they closed at 6. Now saying my belongings were auctioned on 12/27/23.
Suggested solution:
I'm not sure at this point I've lost everything important to me
