My complaint:
My family was supposed to travel to Dallas for soccer games and because of the rain games were canceled. According to policy we had to cancel two days before arrival to hotel. We called the day before arrival to the hotel to see if we could at least be reimbursed for one of the two rooms that we reserved. We had no control over the weather but we were told there was nothing that could be done. We will not be using priceline again.
Suggested solution:
At least reimburse one of the two rooms.
