My complaint:

I had attempted to book a flight online and kept getting an error message—this occurred 10-12 times with my card being charged. I called in to Priceline and the representative said the site was malfunctioning and Priceline would honor the price I was trying to book it for after rebooking once site was up. I did what was asked of me and called back after booking for $200.00 refund and was told that it couldn’t be done now. I was even on a recorded line when these promises were being made. I have been so upset over this. Horrible horrible experience and will proceed legally if not resolved.

Suggested solution:

Refund the difference as promised!
