My complaint:
I made a hotel reservation for June 2022 through Priceline but when the ation came it was for January 31, 2022. I immediately tried to correct the problem but was hung up on three times, told I would hear back from Priceline in 24 hours ( no one called me ) finally was told they would close my file as they could not resolve the problem with the hotel. I had the screen showing the correct date and price still up, but also was told that it was not the right price that I booked etc. That the actual cost was almost doubble. No one could provide me any information to speak to a supervisor. Then I found out the customer service people were actually Booking.Com and not Priceline.
Suggested solution:
I should NOT be billed for the 131 hotel stay and should get the posted rate at for the hotel for overnight on 6202022.
