My complaint:
There is a broken link on the website and ap. Two different agents were ill equipped to solve the problem. Actually, one made the situation worse by deleting more sensitive information. This is the second broken link. The last broken link resulted in a loss of Obed $2000. Tech team needs to step it up and Priceline needs to have some accountability. They made no effort to resolve the problem. The agents can’t fix anything neither can their supervisors. You’re basically on your own. There is no recourse in place for these failures.
Suggested solution:
I should receive contact from a representative who will actually fix the issues. They should give me the advertised price and make it right. I have talked to 7 different agents on these two matters.
