My complaint:

My reservation 462-984-295-18 was ed prior to car pick up, the morning of the pick up I receive a text from an employee telling me my car wasnt ready until 4:00pm and that I could pick it up at that time. I stated I already had reservations and needed it and the two cars instead of my van was provided. I asked (through text because they never picked up the phone) that I needed a larger van because having two cars paying double gas, tolls and parking was not duable. Their response was that they were already reserved. No other options given besides take the two cars or cancel the reservation and when asked why they could not give it to us be cause it was showing as available online for same day pick up, the employee stated that it was something the company always do but then upon arrival customers would have to take other options. Totally misleading information and false advertising from the website to the local office. On top of it we also got charge the drop off fee at another city when on the website it was never stated.

Suggested solution:

Refund extra fees incurred due to a false advertising and misleading information.
