My complaint:
I booked rooms with reservation 278-729-065-17 and pin 1409. Despite receiving the cancellation number and sharing with with Priceline customer service, the Better Business Bureau and Brent Keller, the CEO, 6 months have passed and still they REFUSE to refund the money.
Their agents are rude and unhelpful. I have. been promised so many times that I will receive a refund within 3 days only to never hear from them again.

Suggested solution:
Refund the $408.20 fraudulently stolen and for the 6 months they have strung me along and put me through hell.
