Priceline complaint: Fake cancelled reservation Fee

My complaint:

On 11122 I made a reservation for a motel thru Priceline.com and paid $82.51,after staying the night at 5:00am the next morning I got an from my debit card that my card was charged another $82.51, apparently the way the clerk checked me in was erroneous and when he caught the mistake he cancelled the reservation without my knowledge and after I stayed the night, when he cancelled the reservation I was charged another $82.51 for a cancellation fee. I contacted Priceline and they refuse to speak w me and said I had to speak w their sister company Booking.com, of course Booking.com says it was the motels fault but when I contacted the motel front manager he said it was Priceline’s fault because Priceline didn’t send over the reservation correctly. I am now out $82.51 and on top of all of that both Booking.com and Priceline show my stay as a cancellation and refuse to give me the proper points that I would and should have gotten as a qualified stay!!! Booking.com now says the motel will return my money in 14 to 20 business days and say the reason it takes so long is because of my bank and now it’s my banks fault!! They both refuse to change my status from canceled trip to a qualified stay which would bump up my V.I.P. status !!

Suggested solution:

They should refund my money in a timely matter and I should get reward points for the qualified stay
