My complaint:
i was in a hotel in arkansa in may for 2 days the phone in the hotel did not work. i reported it and i was never credit the money for that, the motel was dirty and the room was not properly cleaned. now we book another time yesterday and kayak took my credit card and referenced us to priceline and now it is in baton rougr in a motel where the reveiws are bad saying no cable or tv the doors do not lock. we had the option of holiday inn. best western , or seigen inn is always put the customer in cheap ass motel that need to be remodeled or throwen down CALL THE HOTEL AND AS THEM I REPORTED IT
Suggested solution:
THEY CAN GIVE US A BETTER AND SAFE PLACE TO STAY SO WE CAN FEEL SAFE. HOLIDAY INN OR BEST WESTERN WITH HIGH AND GREAT REVEIWS. THAT IS BAIT AND SWITCH
