My complaint:
I purchased a direct flight to Liberia, Costa Rica It 380-750-793-45 on April 15, 2021 my flight was changed with no notification. I paid extra for a direct flight. Priceline excuse was that I changed my email address which is not true I was getting emails from Priceline up until my trip. I got a email from Priceline to rent a car for my trip 2 days before my trip. If I didn’t go online to pay for my bags I would of missed the new flight which left 2 hours earlier.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be reimbursed for the changed flight which I paid extra for direct flights both ways.
