Priceline complaint: Cancelled hotel reservation and car rental due to cancelled flight and no money paid back

My complaint:

1- I had bought a trip to Houston (Trip details are given in the attachment. Number is : 502-757-843-44) (Please see attachment : Your itinerary for Houston)
2- That was including flights from Newark, NY to Houston, TX and return flights as well. Also Hotel for 4 nights and car rental for 5 days from Houston airport to Houston airport.
3- On 11th of April morning when we went to airport, we had learned that our flight (spirit airlines , UY3ZWB reservation number, flight 703 , at 11:22 am ) cancelled.

4- Spirit airlines put us to another flight at 5 pm and with one stop at Denver, they gave us the replacement of flight ticket to Houston which will take over 10 hours time.
5- So we had to change our plan and decided to go to Dallas by catching the earliest flight at the same day by converting united airlines Houston flight ticket to Dallas flight ticket.
6- I called priceline customer service and
a. informed her that : we will not travelling to Houston on 11th; we will be going to Dallas and coming back to Houston on last day of our trip
b. Asked her to cancel my HOTEL booking and CAR rental booking.
c. Also I told her that keep the return flight as it is since we will fly from Houston on the last day as planned.
7- She got the ation from car rental and called me back and said that rental company cancelled the reservation and going to pay the money in 3-5 business day.
8- Also she called me later and said that she got the cancellation ation form hotel as well and send me the email in the attachment saying that the amount of hotel accommodation (618,64 USD) Please see the attached email (Your hotel request…)

9- All those phone calls has been made on 11th of April . Today is 21st of April. And I did not get any payment related to Hotel or car cancellation …..
10- Few times I have tried to reach representative and they told me that they are going to sort this out. But again nothing happened.

Suggested solution:

They should have pay my hotel reservation and car reservations money back. I have talked to hotel and car reservation company and they both told me that they did not charge anything to me due to cancellation and they both told me that priceline is holding my money . I have already send a linkedin message to CEO of proceline as well.
