My complaint:
Priceline required I pay for 1 days insurance before app would accept my reservation for a Tacom Truck from Budget at Cleveland Hopkins Airport .Upon arrival at Budget customer service counter to make payment and pick up the truck I had $500 available on my credit card. The bill for the rental was $538 .I offered to pay the additional $38 on a debit card and clerk said they could not accept payment but from one credit card. So to cut a long story short I was unable to rent the Tacoma and canceled the booking. Upon arrival at our hotel I contacted Priceline and spent over 1 hour getting run around for the $40 as the app part that you use to request refunds and chat with customer service agent kept taking booking ation number and my other info but start over and over again with no resolve.
Suggested solution:
Refund fee that I was unable to utilize
