Prenetics complaint: Personal information breach and poor customer service

My complaint:

I had purchased covid test for departure the UK.
Contacted the company asking when should post the test and been advised to do it on Thursday as I was going to travel on early hours on Monday.

On Saturday I started to chase for the results and been promised the results will be with me by 7pm.

On Sunday i had called again and spend an hour on hold just to be told that the test had been lost.
Calle them several times on Sunday and eventually been told that my test is ready and they are emailing me the results.

After checking the results I had discovered the results are for someone else, so I had hold of of someone’s name, date of birth and passport number.

I had to delay my travel and go to local clinic and do my test.

Two weeks later I asked them for a refund. But this time they had informed me my results were ready on Saturday.

This company does not log any conversations with customers so everytime you call its like begining from scratch.
Absolute joke.

Suggested solution:

I would like to know how they handle personal information and why they sending someone else's sensitive information to others.
I would like to know if they had restored the incident to ICO.
Lastly I would like a refund.
They are ignoring my request for the last two days.
