My complaint:
I ordered my test kits on Friday Morning as I am supposed to land in the UK on Sunday. I purposefully purchased from this company as it stated that the test WILL arrive on the day of MY arrival to the country. I could have easily gotten a TestingForAll kit for 49 pounds. I arrive from a green list country so I do not have to quarantine and intentionally paid extra for Prenetics so I can get the test in time before my other business trip. Now it is delayed and DPD are unable to change the time slot planned, and it will arrive late in the afternoon. I am absolutely furious because my plans have completely gone to hell with this company.
Suggested solution:
HOW?! Give me my money back for a test that will arrive late, which is forcing me to sit at home all day today to babysit when it arrives. I am therefore postponing a business trip to the south of the country losing money on planned meetings and activities.
