My complaint:
I came on the 19th of June from Saudi Arabia and had requested before I arrived from Prenetics COVID 19 Test kits for me and my family and paid an amount of 450 pounds for three members of my family including myself
I am suppose to receive the kits the second day I had arrived to test 2nd day COVID 19!test as mandated , however the company delayed the delivery for 4 days , and after this delay the company sent only two kits out of the six kits it should send causing more delay and effected my compliance of 2nd day and 8th day testing with NHS and official channels . I request strictly a refund of my money 450 pounds as I already took the tests through NHS and this attitude badly effected me and disappointed me
