My complaint:
Music,Smoke and noise.
We stayed here on the 15th april 2022 in room 1.
The room wasnt up to standards. The furniture was broken i am a pregnant women i went to sit on the chair and it was broken i fell backwards out of it.
Me and my partner opened the window but we had to shut it as there was a smoking area right outside the window so the room smelt terrible.
The music didnt stop playing till 2am and the speaker was next to our window so we could hear it all night. We heard everyone banging and also talking outside our room constantly all night. The hot water wasnt even working so had to bath in cold water witch wasnt hekpful when my parnter working in a garage all day and needed to get clean. Wasnt what we expected for 75 pound for a night.
Suggested solution:
Either a free night stay in a different hotel or money back
