My complaint:
I have just booked a room at a Manchester Premier Inn Ref AWTR723142 only to find when it was ed that there is a parking charge of £10. When booking there is no mention of parking charges. It raises the room cost by nearly 20%. It is the dishonesty of Premier Inn that I object to. If a hotel has parking facilities then the room price should include parking. I suspect that Premmier have sold off the parking to another company.
