My complaint:

After booking in to the hotel we entered the restaurant to find a large group of what appeared to be members of the travelling community who were loud and disruptive. We returned to our room as felt that the language was not appropriate for out 9 year old daughter to hear. As we walked up the stairs a group of youths who were coming down the stairs were also swearing and I asked if they could please not use that language in the presence of my young daughter and my wife. They replied with ‘Go F$ck yourself!’
With this my daughter started to say she didn’t want to stay here and wanted to go home.
as both my wife and daughter were scared and felt very anxious we decided we had no other option than to leave.

I didn’t feel it was a suitable time to ask for the manager at the time as the gentleman who was on reception appeared to be under pressure with the said guests and there was noone else to speak to about the issues we had experienced.

As a business customer who uses your chain of hotels frequently feel I can ask for some degree of compensation in the terms of a refund or a discount on my next booking?
