My complaint:

Parked up went to check in and asked if I could validate parking. Was asked where I parked. I said I parked over there and pointed to where I parked. On leaving I asked to validate ticket which would have been £18 they said can’t validate ticket as it was the car park next to it. I told them of my previous conversation and he just smirked. Exited the car park £50 down. Previous to this I was asked how was my stay. I said rooms were good but very noisy people above us and again was greeted with a smirk. I’m £32 down and would like a refund.

Suggested solution:

Refund the £32 as I told them where I parked and was told it was ok
