Premier Inn complaint: Nothing like other premier inns

My complaint:

Arrived at 2.30 no place to park and the parking on the car terrible just a free for all so had to park across the road then arrived in reception 2.45 queued with lots of people no self checking in desks working to be told room was not ready waited no one came offer to say it was ready no bar open or restaurant at this time 4pm at opened on a Saturday queued again at 15.15 still not ready so sat down again in reception then heard someone on a walkie talkie say all rooms ready now there is a bigger queue because most people like ourselves was here for simply red concert that started at 17.00 we had travelled from Derby and wanted a shower etc before going and it was getting later and later to get into our room no one came over to us sat in reception to tell us our room was ready so queued again finally getting room key at 15.30 then when getting into room needed toilet no paper had to find someone to get some asked about how to work heating as room was very cold lady that brought toilet English not very good could not help also when came back from concert bar was close 22.30 so we went to the bull Hotel stayed there till 12.30 drinking I’ve been in the last 4 months Skegness Blackpool Derby London premier inns and they where all fantastic this one I will not stop again very disappointed room not like other I’ve been either not uniformed like your TV program said

No idea but you should not be waiting for a room at 15.00 when you book it months in advance very bad
