My complaint:
dreadful service. food was inedible. was told by staff member that although food couldnt be eaten, there was nothing she could do. asked to see manager, but no manager was on duty during our stay. on 2nd. day we were approached by another staff member and told that she was refunding our food money in full, as it had been so bad. i have this in writing. however, after 7 weeks of dealing with customer services, I still have no refund, and they say that they have now closed the case. waited 50 minutes to find staff, to complain about food, as he had completely disappeared ,once he had served us. it was an utter shambles
Suggested solution:
just refund the £69 that we were promised. I have even sent them a copy of the note that was left in our room . it states clearly that this money was going to be refunded
