My complaint:
I don’t normally complain but I feel compelled to.
We were staying with one of your hotels for my Grandad’s funeral. We arrive just gone 8pm to go to the room and just take stock of what had happened during the day. We were stood around for about 20 minutes as the self login machine wouldn’t issue us our key card. The poor lady who was in tears helped us out! She had been had a go at because she couldn’t get their dinner quick enough.
Got to the room unpacked popped the kettle on and thought would have a lovely hot bath. Well, the bath was dirty with someone else’s pubic hair. It was disgusting to the point I gaged. My husband bless him came and swished and washed it all out for me so I can just kick back and chill. Then to find that the towels were used and only one of each for a 2 person booking! Just as I was getting into bed my dismay to see that this was dirty too. Very very disappointed had I terrible day already and then for it to get worse with what we went into!
Tell me when do you clean the rooms? Would you see this as acceptable? I look forward to hearing your response
