My complaint:

ive moved from your Cowley oxford hotel to your new Botley oxford hotel due to massiive price variations on my block bookings. and i find it very unfair that there is no evening meals at this hotel and feel the price should be reflected in this has the hotel is in a poor location for take aways .ive been stay with your for the covid 19 duration .I feel this should be listed on your web page for the hotel so that people have a choice to stay with you you look to a meal after a long day work.

Suggested solution:

reinverse or cut hotel price to reflect this
