My complaint:
I booked premier inn for a 4 night stay on 31st may booking reference BESR107944 paid £242.80 and the day after I got email from premier inn advertising the same stay for £170 , I’m extremely disappointed and would like the difference refunded to me or put as a credit on my stay so I can spend the difference at the hotel .
Suggested solution:
The difference returned to me or put as a credit on my stay in the hotel so I can spend it at your hotel
