My complaint:
Arrived at hotel on the 25/10/25 went into the room and the smell was horrible it was making me and my husband feel sick. Stains on the carpet, bed sheets all stained and fan in the bathroom full of dirt. We have stayed in this hotel many many times before and this was the worst even the corridor was dirty. We were in room 338. I went to complain to the night staff and she came with a spray and just spayed the room we couldn’t move because the hotel was fully booked so we went out and bought our own carpet spray. We paid £277.00 for 3 nights.
Suggested solution:
I think they should offer a refund as I said we stay there quite often.
