Premier Inn complaint: 2 payments taken instead of 1

My complaint:

I have spent almost an hour waiting on the phone to try and gain a resolution to our problem. (I rang 03330030025 but i was told by an answering machine that my call can not be processed!) Please can an adviser email me as soon as possible with regards to the following –

Craig Wallace booked a room at premier inn Old Street , London for wed 16th February and paid £89. However, he was not issued with a booking reservation number , and when he arrived after a long journey from Stafford the receptionist said he wasn’t booked in. Craig showed him the transaction for £89 that was pending but he was told to sit in the foyer and rebook which cost Craig a further £104. This registered straight away. However, the following day the £89 did actually go through along with the £104! so now our business is out of pocket because we have been charged twice.
