My complaint:
I booked two rooms and was given three rooms which I assumed was because one of the beds was not made up (just a mattress) in the middle of the night two people entered the room and ask for £125 or they would have to leave, as my son in law did not have the money and obviously was terrified to bed awoken at 1.30 he left he knocked on our door but we did not answer as was asleep so went and slept in his car in a public car park cutting his hand open during the process trying to get into the carpark, I am sure this is a scam done by the staff to intimidate people to paying the money, and I have complained to Premier Inn and they say they will get back to me in 35 days which is not good enough.
