My complaint:
I got a restaurant, we made contact with postmates to use their platform for deliveries they offer put us and roll out..
Everything was ok and we was under postmates platform for at least one month or so. Bad part our chain corporate mandatory cancelled on all the chain postmates service so i didn’t got the chance to add my bank account and receive any payment for postsmates. The money is frozen on their side. I been called try to set up a way to receive a payment and the only answer i got is we will transfer your message to other departments, they will contact you soon and till now almost a year after nobody call or give me a answer i send a several message to postmates several calls and i no got no answers. They got on their files all the details and order being prepared for my restaurant. I no asking for nothing crazy only want the money for the one i work.
Suggested solution:
I just want to be pay for my service, they exactly knows to i never collect any money from them, i use products, pay employees use resources. They got freez my payment and is unfair to nobody give me a answer
