My complaint:
Reached out because while items were good, my kids meal was missing the side and drink. Before I could even provide such details, automated system (I’m guessing) told me no adjustments can be made to my order. I notice that this platform is linked to uber eats. Well, 5/5 of my last orders with them were all both severely late (over 2 hours) AND incorrect in some manner. Not sure if related?? Anyway, support just kept saying “nothing to be done here”
Suggested solution:
Provide the adjustment. I didn’t receive all of my items.
