Popeyes complaint: Manager wouldn’t help!!

My complaint:

I pulled up through the drive through window and asked the person at the window her name was Tracy she claimed to be the manager. I asked her to help me with the app cause I was trying to use a code she told me that Popeyes hadn’t trained her on the app. She said she doesn’t know how to use it and there are other people behind me that will pay full price so I needed to move out the way and pull back around. I told her that doesn’t change the fact I don’t know how to use the app. She told me where to go to a different location and said she couldn’t help me and I needed to leave . She also said she doesn’t eat here so she doesn’t use the app, “I eat real food was her exact words . I asked her name because she was so horrible to me as a customer I can’t see that you have managers that treat your customers like this, she either needs to be trained or replaced.

Suggested solution:

Please speak to your employee, I’m a business owner and no one should be treated the way your employee treated me.
