My complaint:
100422 @ 9:40 p.m I went thru the drive thru
Ordered a 3 pc combo and a 2 pc dinner
Requested red beans and rice more beans than rice and mac n cheese
Neither one of them were up to our standards. More rice than beans and rice was hard
Mac n cheese was warm as bath water
3 pc and 2 pc was spicy I didn’t want spicy and that was as hard as toast. DONT WANT A REFUND I WANT A FRESH AND I WILL WAIT IF NEED BE BUT A FRESH 3PC AND 2PC AND SIDES THAT ARE ENJOYABLE
Suggested solution:
Replace both orders with FRESH AND HOT CHICKEN AS WELL AS MY SIDES
