My complaint:
October 7, 2022, around 5:30, I went to Popeyes. I ordered a 4-pc combo with mac and cheese and 2 apple pies. The female employee took my order, I asked about corn on a cob, she asked someone in the back, didn’t have cob. Afterwards, she left the counter and never came back. She didn’t ring my order up or say why she was leaving. She left me standing there. I waited for almost 10 minutes, give or take a few minutes. I saw her working in the back with the other employees. Finally, a male employee came over, he thought I hadn’t order. I told him I had ordered, he looked at the register and saw my order wasn’t paid for. He turned and said something to the employee who left me, in Spanish. I’m not fluent in Spanish so I didn’t understand what he said. He went rang my order and I paid. He got my food. Order 67.
Suggested solution:
Speak with the female employee about her rude and unprofessional attitude.
