My complaint:
@ about 9:35 pm May 28th i was the 3rd car in the drive thru when i heard someone on the intercom state that they were closed…..I looked to realize that it was not 10pm yet and also realized that i was locked in between cars so i couldn’t drive away. After about a 10 minute wait and hearing a multitude of people on the intercom playing and continuing to say they were closed i finally get someone to ask what i would like to order….so i asked for a large red beans and rice…order 46 @9:43pm…..i paid my $4.76 and drove off. I get away from the store to find out that the rice was old and hard and the red beans were cold. The people in their working didn’t have a care or concern in the world from the many conversations going on. Employees sitting in the store on their phones…..Not a good experience!!!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Find a night Manager that cares enough for this or anything like this to ever happen again. It puts a very bad light on the popular brand that i used to enjoy??? and get me some large fresh red beans and rice for 3 trips to any store in Louisville.
