My complaint:
at 2:45 PM 5-16-2021 five customers were left standing for over 15 minutes with no counter help around. The store was empty except for the person filling orders for the drive up window. It seems that even the manager on duty was missing.
Suggested solution:
speak to manger to find out what was going on
