My complaint:

A senior ordered 80 pieces for a funeral service on Wednesday June 2, 2021 for early pickup. The chicken was hard and dry indicating that it was not prepared the day received and had set all night. The chicken was so tough and old that the guest complained and refused to eat that chicken because they could not chew it. The (Ms. Dorothy) senior called on the same day to complain to the manager of the actual location, who did not call back till the next day and offer her 10pcs of chicken if she ever has the opportunity to come in the store. This an inexcusable way to treat our senior and even worst way for your organization to honor our deceased. Since this was the first order of the day it was obvious that the chicken was not cooked the same day. When you have your guest complaining and indicating that they can not chew especially a group of senior elder seniors is just totally disgraceful and heartbreaking. For a senior $118 dollar is a lot of money to not goods and services she paid, to be taken advantaged of and belittled in front of her family and friends simply because she tried to honor and mourn her loved one, by using your company when she could have used another company. I am so disappointed and disgusted that a large multi-millon dollar could treat someone this way.

Suggested solution:

This senior needs a written apology and at least some or all of her money back
