My complaint:
We ordered chicken at 1pm we were ask to pull over in your parking lot after we paid for our order. We watch people in line after us paying and receiving their order a car pulled on side of us 15 min later they received their food within 10 min I went inside I ask your worker who I paid for my order what happen did y’all forget about us she said yes. I went to the counter and stated that I had waited over 25 min for my order the two young ladies at the front started laughing there was a whole crew on duty and 2 managers working at this time I waited 15 more min before they received my order total ridiculous and very unacceptable
Suggested solution:
I should have been given hot fresh chicken and better service
