My complaint:

I placed my order for pick up, it said I had 15 minutes to pick it up it took me a good 15 minutes to get there, the conf number was 8046 or 8049 (I had it written down but got so angry at the employee, who was acting like a manger A BAD ONE AT THAT) I gave then the ation number , they had a man in front of me, I heard them tell him all they had was EXACTLY WHAT I HAD ORDERED he said ok paid and took it , THENWHEN i ASKED FOR MINE THEY SEEMED CONFUSED,the cashier said it would probably come over shortly so I waited and the Manager or who ever she was got irritated said she wasn’t about to do anything based on a piece of paper so i placed it on the counter and walked out we went on down to KFC and had a good lunch and the people were very friendly and professional, THE FACT THAT THEY OBIVIOUSLY GAVE MY ORDER TO THE MAN IN FRONT OF ME IS NOT WHAT I AM COMPLAINING , it was the SMART ASS NEGRO WOMAN CALL ME A LIAR, ANYWAY that was my last trip to the Lake City, Fl. LOCATION AND i KNOW pOPEYES COULD CARE LESS BUT NOW i FEEL BETTER MYSELF.

Suggested solution:

MAYBE SCHOOL YOUR EMPLOYE'S IN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC AND NOT COMING ACROSS AS RACISTS
